N Posted September 7, 2013 Author Report Share Posted September 7, 2013 Well, I'm worn out! Just got home over an hour ago and my muscles are suuuper tight and sore, haha. Spent tonight doing a bunch of heavy lifting (a pallet of dry dog food, Bradders, plus more) which the Fitbit couldn't quite understand. I've walked six miles since midnight, which is nine hours ago. Yesterday, I hit 291.8, which is a full pound below the lowest point I reached when I was juicing last year, which I did for about three months, then gained all the weight back. N Posted September 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted September 8, 2013 I imagine a chunk of it is since fruit/vegetables don't have a large amount of protein and most people - myself included - juice at the exclusion of exercising, which would make things worse anyway.
