   Stainless steel China Nut's selection requirements are that the main material is stainless steel, which is not easy to rust. There are many ways to classify stainless steel. Classified by room temperature structure, there are martensite, austenite, ferritic and duplex stainless steels. According to the main chemical composition, it can basically be divided into two systems: chromium stainless steel and chromium nickel stainless steel. According to the application, it can be divided into nitric acid-resistant stainless steel, sulfuric acid-resistant stainless steel, seawater-resistant stainless steel, etc., and divided into pitting-resistant stainless steel and stress-corrosion-resistant stainless steel by type. Corrosion resistance can be divided into non-magnetic stainless steel, free-cutting stainless steel, low-temperature stainless steel, high-strength stainless steel and so on. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, formability, compatibility and toughness in a wide temperature range, stainless steel has been widely used in heavy industry, light industry, occupation of daily necessities and architectural decoration.


   Austenitic stainless steel


   Stainless steel with austenitic structure at room temperature. When the content of Cr is about 18%, Ni is 8%-10%, and C is about 0.1%, the austenite structure is stable. Austenitic Cr Ni stainless steels include the famous 18Cr-8Ni steel and high Cr Ni series steels. These steels are developed by increasing the content of Cr and Ni and participating in elements such as Mo, Cu, Si, Nb, and Ti. Austenitic stainless steel is non-magnetic, with high toughness and plasticity, but low strength. It cannot be strengthened by phase change. It can only be strengthened by cold working. If you participate in s, CA, Se, TE and other elements, it has excellent free cutting ability. In addition to its oxidation resistance in acidic media, if stainless steel contains Mo, Cu and other elements, it can also resist corrosion by sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid and urea. If the carbon content of this steel is less than 0.03% or contains Ti and Ni, the intergranular corrosion resistance can be significantly improved. High-silicon austenitic stainless steel with concentrated nitric acid has excellent corrosion resistance. Due to its comprehensive and excellent induction function, austenitic stainless steel has been widely used in various industries.


   Ferritic stainless steel


  In the state of use, it is mainly stainless steel with ferrite structure. The content of chromium is in the range of 11% to 30% and has a BCC crystal structure. This steel usually does not contain nickel, and sometimes contains small amounts of Mo, Ti, Nb and elements. This kind of steel has the characteristics of large thermal conductivity, small expansion coefficient, good oxidation resistance, and strong stress corrosion resistance. It is mainly used to make parts resistant to atmospheric, water vapor, water and oxidizing acid corrosion. This steel has some disadvantages, such as poor plasticity, significantly reduced plasticity and corrosion resistance after welding, which limit its use. Using AOD or VOD can greatly reduce void elements such as carbon and nitrogen. Therefore, the stainless steel standard parts of Bolt Factory have been widely used.
