Position and size, and can roughly judge the nature of the defect. It has high detection sensitivity. The detectable defect is as small as 1μm in width. As long as the appropriate magnetization method is adopted, almost every part of the surface can be detected. It is especially suitable for detecting various surface and near-surface longitudinal defects of ferromagnetic materials.

       The main limitation of magnetic particle detection is that it can only detect ferromagnetic metal materials, and cannot detect non-magnetic materials such as austenitic stainless steel, aluminum, copper, magnesium, and titanium. The sensitivity of magnetic particle inspection has a great relationship with the magnetization direction. If the defect direction is parallel to the magnetization direction, or the angle with the surface is less than 20°, the defect will be difficult to appear, shallow scratches on the surface, and deeper holes are not easy Check it out.

       2. Penetration inspection: According to the GJB 2367A-2005 "Penetration Inspection" standard, penetration inspection can detect surface opening defects of various non-porous materials. The inspection results are not affected by shape, size, organization structure, chemical composition and defect orientation. Influencing, the defect display is intuitive, the detection sensitivity is high (detectable defects of 0.5μm in width, 10μm in depth, and about 1mm in length), and defects in various directions can be checked at one time; due to the fast penetration detection speed, batch inspection can be carried out at the same time; suitable for inspection Various surface opening defects.
