How To Realize Anti-corrosion Of Threaded Rods And Eye Bolts

   Hot-dip galvanizing Hexagon Flange Bolt water washing, hot-dip galvanizing is also called hot-dip galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing: it is an effective metal anti-corrosion method, mainly used for metal structure facilities in various industries. It is to immerse the derusted steel parts in the molten zinc solution at about 500℃ to make the surface of the steel parts adhere to the zinc layer, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.

  1) The steel pipe should be washed in a flowing clean water tank. When washing, the steel pipe should be completely immersed in water, and the pickling strap should be relaxed, and the pickling strap should be lifted and dropped three to four times.

   2) After washing, the water in the steel pipe should be cleaned, and solvent treatment should be carried out as soon as possible to prevent oxidation of the steel pipe.

  3) The iron salt content standard of the cleaning water should not exceed the standard, no other debris, and keep it clean and transparent.

  4) When washing the Threaded Rods And Eye Bolts, the operator is strictly prohibited from crossing the pickling tank to prevent slipping or falling into the acid tank to hurt people.
